As the world has been stricken by the Coronavirus Pandemic, Kron & West Air Conditioning is taking all necessary safety measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of you, our customers, as well as our staff. AS we know that having someone in your home at this time can make one feel uncomfortable, so we will be taking extra precautions in protecting your family and your home.
All vehicles are stocked with soap dispensers, soap, hand sanitizers, and Lysol disinfectant wipes to protect our technician’s hygiene and keep their vehicles sanitary. All of our vehicles are stocked with shoe covers, gloves, and masks, which our technicians will wear upon request. Precautions taken when setting up service calls include questions asked to you and your fellow customers that if you have any flu like symptoms or been around anyone exposed to this virus.
We understand that air conditioning is a necessity here in Florida, but we are monitoring concerns about our technicians and field staff as well. If you have flu like symptoms, please reschedule any non-essential service or maintenance calls for when you are feeling better.
